Jellyfish Problem #02

“We need a new system.”

Maybe. But let's understand the process before we automate it.

A new system can feel like a fresh start. But if the process underneath is messy, a new system usually just makes the mess faster.

The better starting point is to understand how the work really flows today: who does what, where things get stuck, and which steps exist only because 'that's how we've always done it'.

Simplify the process first. Then choose — or configure — the system that supports it. Sometimes you'll find the system you already have is fine.
